Personal Health OS ("the app") is developed by LeadRescue LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the app.
Summary
The app stores your data on your device only. We do not collect it, do not see it, and do not share it with anyone.
What the app stores, and where
The app stores the following types of information locally on your device, using standard Android app storage (Room/SQLite databases and local preferences):
- Onboarding profile information you choose to provide (a goal you type in, your experience level, available equipment, usual session length)
- Activity logs you create (activity type, duration, intensity, optional notes)
- Computed trend information based on your own logged activity
- A daily plan the app generates and any "Adapt Mode" choice you make
- Weekly availability you mark and save
- Activity check-ins and streak progress
None of this information is transmitted to us, to any server, or to any third party. The app has no account system, no login, and no network connection is used to send your data anywhere in this version.
Third parties
This app does not include any advertising SDK, analytics SDK, or crash-reporting SDK in this version. No data is shared with third parties.
Your control over your data
Because all data lives only on your device, you control it directly:
- To remove all app data: Android Settings > Apps > Personal Health OS > Storage & cache > Clear storage (or uninstall the app).
- There is no separate deletion request process needed, because there is no copy of your data anywhere but your device.
Health information
Some information you enter (workouts, activity levels, notes) may be considered health-related. This app does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and nothing in the app should be treated as medical advice. If you have a medical concern, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
Changes to this policy
If a future version of this app adds features that change how data is handled — for example, optional Health Connect integration, an account system, or cloud sync — this policy will be updated before that version is released, and the update will clearly describe what changed and why.
